Flow Companies of the Triad to Sponsor Flow’s Drive for the Cure®
Benefiting the NC Triad Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure
Event Taking Place on Friday, October 14, 2011
Flow Companies will donate $5 per test drive and match up to $10 donation per test drive on the day of the event. Test drives are free for participants.
Each survivor will receive a pink carnation on the day of the event.
The North Carolina Triad Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure began in 2000 as a Race Committee that evolved into a 15-member governing Board of Directors.
In addition to the Komen NC Triad Race for the Cure® held annually on the first Saturday in May, the Affiliate carries out a variety of educational, outreach,
and fundraising activities throughout the year in an effort to improve the lives of women facing breast cancer in the community.

Komen NC Triad Affiliate. “The funds raised during this driving event will benefit local women currently fighting this devastating disease and future generations
that will someday live in ‘a world without breast cancer.’ Please help us in our fight.”
Flow Companies is proud to join hands with the NC Triad Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Don Flow, President and CEO, Flow Companies, said,

At each Flow dealership, the all-day event will feature test-drives in Flow vehicles, food and beverages, local vendors, and prize drawings.
Throughout the day each store will host a ceremony to honor a local breast cancer Hero who will share their story. All survivors will receive a pink carnation
at the event and are invited to share their stories on the Flow’s Drive for the Cure® Forum (www.flowsdriveforthecure.lefora.com)
